Orders for all in-stock products are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Items being shipped by STANDARD delivery methods should be received within 10 days. If you have chosen EXPRESS delivery, you should receive your item within 5 days. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time. Returning
We stand behind our products, however we realize that sometimes you may want to return an order. Most products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund including purchase amount, tax. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please review the detailed return instructions on your printed order summary.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear, have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Sales tax is applied to all orders. realcareindia.com is required by law to collect and submit sales tax in these states in which we are deemed to have a physical presence.
